Southern Georgia XC Championship Hosted by Jeff-Davis High School 9/14/23

 

Ware County travelled to Jeff Davis County on Sept 14th to compete in the Southern Georgia Cross County Championship.  The girls placed 4^th out of 12 teams.  Keeli Holloway placed 5^th with a time of 20:51, Samantha Savinon-Rios placed 7^th with a time of 20:55, Whitney Moore placed 29^th with a time of 25:14, Hannah Moore placed 47^th with a time of 26:41, Olivia Sanders placed 52^nd with a time of 27:18, Madison Donlon placed 63^rd with a time of 28:14, and Denise Guiterrez placed 74^th with a time of 29:47.  There were 95 runners in the Girls race.  

The Gators placed 8^th out of 15 as a team.  Caleb Wise placed 22^nd with a time of 18:50, Silas Mixon placed 43^rd with a time of 20:15, Zy Ramsey placed 53^rd with a time of 20:39, Jesus Oropeza placed 57^th with a time of 20:46, Da’Marion Zanders placed 59^th with a time of 20:48, Hayden Clement placed 61 with a time of 21:07, and Wesley Frye placed 65^th with a time of 21:19.  There were 114 boys in the race.  For complete results for varsity and JV Visit https://ga.milesplit.com/meets/510960-southern-georgia-xc-championship-2023/results/958067

The Gators will travel to Toombs Co. on Thursday 9/21/23.  The first race begins at 5 PM
