Southern Georgia XC Championship – Hosted by Jeff Davis HS 9/21/2020

 

The Ware County cross country teams competed in the Southern Georgia XC Championship, hosted by Jeff Davis HS Monday evening, 9/21/2020.  The Gators placed 12^th out of 19 teams and the Lady Gators finished 6^th out of 15 teams besting region rivals Coffee Co. and Wayne Co.  The Boys race hosted 219 runners and the Girls race contained 142 runners.  Scoring for the Gators were Isaac Gaspar (jr.) placing 41^st with a time of 19:34, Josh Troupe (sr.) placing 48^th with a time of 19:44, Jojo Callahan (jr.) placing 80^th with a time of 20:53, Daly Tuten (jr.) placing 81^st with a time of 20:55, and Jon Robertson (so.) placing 93^rd with a time of 21:23.  Scoring for the Lady Gators were Keeli Holloway (fr.) placing 16^th with a time of 22:43, Whitney Moore (fr.) placing 19^th with a time of 23:07, Evie Brown (so.) placing 36^th with a time of 23:58, Hannah Moore (fr.) placing 43^rd with a time of 25:27, and Stella Kallay (fr.) placing 56^th with a time of 26:22.
