Ware County Cross Country: Bulldog Invitational

The Ware County cross country teams raced in the Bulldog Invitational Thursday hosted by Toombs County HS. The Gators ran in a field of 18 teams and finished 11^th overall scoring 263 points. The Lady Gators finished 2^nd overall in a field of 5 teams scoring 83 points. The Boys race hosted a total of 217 runners. Running for the gators were Jon Robertson (12^th grade) placing 31^st with a time of 20:48, Caleb Wise (9^th grade) placing 34^th with a time of 21:01, Kamani Gainer (11^th grade) placing 57^th with a time of 22:17, Hayden Clement (10^th grade) placing 78^th with a time of 23:28, Jesus Oropeza (11^th grade) placing 96^th with a time of 24:25, Landon Nettles (11^th grade) placing 99^th with a time of 24:38, Wesley Frye (9^th grade) placing 119^th with a time of 25:48, Corbett Nettles (10^th grade) placing 130^th with a time of 26:17, and Stephen Valdez (9^th grade) placing 156^th with a time of 28:02. The Lady Gators had another nice run placing 2 in the top 20 in a field of 131 runners. Running for the Lady Gators were Samantha Savinon-Rios (11^th grade) placing 2^nd with a time of 21:22, Keeli Holloway (11^th grade) placing 3^rd with a time of 22:15, Madison Donlon (9^th grade) placing 33^rd with a time of 28:02, Evie Brown (12^th grade) placing 34^th with a time of 28:03, Madison Boland (10^th grade) placing 35^th with a time of 28:28, Alondra Rios-Rangel (10^th grade) placing 36^th with a time of 29:09, Olivia Sanders (10^th grade) placing 39^th with a time of 29:57, and Lindsy Moore (10^th grade) placing 62^nd with a time of 32:31.
